release anger, support your liver and nervous system music therapy

Notice your jaw right now. Your shoulders. The breath you’re taking as you read this.

Chances are, at least one of them is tighter than it needs to be.

That’s not random. That’s a body that’s been holding something, maybe for longer than you’ve realized, bracing against anger it never got a clean way to release.

What if the exhale you’ve been missing wasn’t something you had to force, and what if the right sound could reach the tension your willpower alone can’t quite touch?

Are you ready to discover how a piece built around oxygenation and breath can help anger move through you instead of staying lodged where it’s always been?

Breathe: Space to Let It Move Through You

Anger doesn’t always look like yelling. Sometimes it’s just a held breath, a tight jaw, a body that’s been bracing for so long it forgot how to fully exhale.

Breathe was composed to give that tension somewhere to go.

Music Composed by: Jeremy Thompson, created in consultation with Gail Lynn, Harmonic Egg® Inventor.

What This Track Is Designed To Support

This piece was composed with intention around oxygenating the body, supporting liver function, and helping the listener cope with anger. Angelic and cosmic in tone, it’s built to open the breath back up rather than force calm on top of tension that hasn’t moved yet.

This piece supports: deeper breathing, anger processing, liver support, and nervous system regulation through an angelic, cosmic sound.

Why WAV, Not MP3

This file is delivered in uncompressed .WAV format. Not MP3. MP3 compression strips away vital sonic information, degrading the precision of the original composition. A piece meant to guide the breath depends on subtle tonal shifts that compression is the first thing to flatten out.

You may find Harmonic Egg® music elsewhere online in MP3 format, on Amazon or similar platforms. Those are not sold or supported by Harmonic Egg®, and they do not reflect the quality or integrity of the official recordings. If it is not delivered as an uncompressed file, it is not the real experience.

The Song Notes cover the instruments, chakra focus, and color frequencies behind Breathe, useful context if you want to understand what’s actually shifting in your body while you listen, not just that something is.

When Anger Needs Somewhere to Go

Breathe works best in the moment tension is actually building, not just as a preventative habit. Keep it accessible for when you feel your jaw tighten or your breath go shallow.

  • The moment you notice you’re holding your breath
  • Before responding to something that’s already got you heated
  • Paired with deliberate breathwork or movement
  • As a reset after a confrontation, before you carry it into the rest of your day

What Consistent Listening May Do

Breathe targets the physical grip anger leaves behind, the shallow breath, the clenched jaw, the tension that lingers after the moment itself has passed.

  • A breath that deepens instead of staying shallow and defensive
  • Less residual tension after a triggering moment has passed
  • A body that processes anger instead of just suppressing it
  • More room to respond instead of react

This isn’t about eliminating anger. It’s about giving it a way through instead of a place to get stuck.
