Somewhere back along your family line, there’s a version of you that made it through something you’ll never fully know the details of.
A crossing. A loss. A choice that changed everything that came after it.
You carry that, whether you’ve ever thought about it or not. It’s in you the same way the ocean is in every wave that ever broke on shore.
What if that connection isn’t actually gone, just quiet, and what if the sound of the coast, the same coast where life itself first came from the sea, could call it back open again?
Are you ready to discover how a piece recorded during whale migration season, built to heal your connection with your ancestors, might reach a part of you that’s been waiting a long time to be reached?
Costa: Where Life Comes From the Sea
There’s a reason coastlines have always felt sacred. It’s where the great Mother water meets land, where life itself began.
Jorge Munay recorded this piece during the season the whales return to reproduce in these waters, offering it as sound carrying the actual energy of the coast, costa, itself.
Music Composed by: Jorge Munay of Peru, with recording by Salvador Alba, created in consultation with Gail Lynn, Harmonic Egg® Inventor.
What This Track Is Designed To Support
The intention behind Costa is direct and rare in sound healing: to heal the connection with your ancestors. Recorded during whale migration season, the piece carries the energy of new life arriving exactly where the ocean and the land meet.
This piece supports: ancestral connection, a sense of lineage and belonging, and a felt link to where life itself begins.
Why This Connection Matters More Than You’d Think
Most people never think about their ancestors until they’re forced to, a family health question, a name on a tree they can’t place, a grief they didn’t expect to inherit.
But that connection doesn’t have to stay dormant until life makes you look at it.
Costa isn’t asking you to research your family history or trace a bloodline. It’s asking you to sit with the same water that’s been carrying life to shore since before any of your ancestors had names, and let whatever needs healing between you and them have a little room to move.
Why WAV, Not MP3
This file is delivered in uncompressed .WAV format. Not MP3. MP3 compression strips away vital sonic information, degrading the precision of the original composition. A piece built around the layered sound of coast, water, and the presence of migrating whales depends on that full depth staying intact, not flattened into something smaller.
You may find Harmonic Egg® music elsewhere online in MP3 format, on Amazon or similar platforms. Those are not sold or supported by Harmonic Egg®, and they do not reflect the quality or integrity of the official recordings. If it is not delivered as an uncompressed file, it is not the real experience.

Where This One Belongs
Costa asks for a bit of stillness and openness, ideally somewhere you can actually sit with it rather than have it running in the background.
- Near water, if you have access to any
- During ancestry work, family history research, or genealogy exploration
- Around anniversaries or dates tied to family history
- Any quiet moment you want to feel connected to where you came from
What Consistent Listening May Do
Costa works less like a quick reset and more like an open invitation, one your ancestors, in whatever form that connection takes for you, get to answer in their own time.
- A felt sense of belonging to something that stretches back further than your own life
- Softening around grief or disconnection tied to family history
- A renewed sense of being carried, the way the ocean carries everything toward shore
- Nervous system regulation that comes from feeling less alone in your own lineage
This isn’t about forcing a connection that isn’t there. It’s about opening the door in case it is.
