Elevate Healing Music and Sounds for Breathwork and Nervous System Regulation

Take a breath right now, a real one, all the way down.

Chances are it didn’t go as deep as you expected.

Most of us are breathing from the top third of our lungs without ever noticing, running shallow all day, every day, and wondering why we’re tired by 3pm.

What if the fix wasn’t a breathing app or another reminder to “breathe deeper,” but specific musical tones built around the frequencies your body already associates with oxygen, doing the work your conscious mind keeps forgetting to do?

Are you ready to discover how three specific tones, chosen for their connection to oxygenation and the lungs, might change how your next breath actually feels?

Elevate: Tuned for Breath

Most healing music asks you to relax into it. Elevate asks something more specific of you, it asks your body to breathe.

This piece was built around the exact tones research has connected to oxygenation, so the intention isn’t abstract. It’s tuned.

Music Composed by: A collaborative work between Joe Cruz and Gail Lynn, Harmonic Egg® Inventor. Composed, produced, and performed by Joe Cruz.

What This Track Is Designed To Support

Elevate was composed with the intention to oxygenate the body. The musical tone of C correlates with oxygen at 15.99 Hz per the periodic table of elements. The D# tone is tied to the lungs and oxygenation in digestion. The E tone correlates with oxygenation, the lungs, and respiration. Each of these tones was chosen deliberately, not decoratively.

This piece supports: oxygenation, respiratory function, breath capacity, and nervous system regulation through tone-specific composition.

Why WAV, Not MP3

This file is delivered in uncompressed .WAV format. Not MP3. MP3 compression strips away vital sonic information, degrading the precision of the original composition. When a piece is built around specific tones chosen for their correlation to oxygenation and respiration, that precision isn’t a nice-to-have, it’s the mechanism the whole track depends on.

You may find Harmonic Egg® music elsewhere online in MP3 format, on Amazon or similar platforms. Those are not sold or supported by Harmonic Egg®, and they do not reflect the quality or integrity of the official recordings. If it is not delivered as an uncompressed file, it is not the real experience.

Getting the Most From This File

Once you check out, your WAV file and printable Song Notes are ready to save. Store the file on your device first, then in Google Drive or iCloud, so it’s always within reach regardless of what device you’re near.

The Song Notes break down exactly which tones are doing what, the instruments used, the chakra focus, and the specific frequencies tied to breath and oxygenation, so you can listen with an understanding of what each section is built to do.

Pairing It With Your Breath

Elevate is built to work with intentional breathing, not just play in the background while you do something else. It holds up especially well alongside any practice that already centers the breath.

  • Alongside breathwork or pranayama practice
  • Before or during light cardio or movement
  • Morning listening, to open the day with fuller breath
  • Any time your breathing has gone shallow without you noticing

What Consistent Listening May Do

Elevate is built around a specific mechanism, tones correlated to oxygenation and respiratory function, so what it offers tends to show up first in the breath itself.

  • Breath that runs deeper and fuller without forcing it
  • A body that oxygenates more efficiently over time
  • Support for lung function and respiratory capacity
  • A nervous system that regulates more easily once the breath opens up

This isn’t a track to rush through. Give it the time it needs to actually shift how you’re breathing.
