Think about everything you’re still carrying that you meant to let go of months ago.
The resentment that’s gone stale but hasn’t left. The version of you that you keep meaning to outgrow but haven’t quite shed yet.
None of that just disappears on its own. It has to actually be transformed, broken down, recycled into something else.
What if there was a place on this plane that already knows how to do exactly that, that takes in what’s toxic and turns it into breath, and what if this perfect of its sound could teach your own body to do the same thing?
Are you ready to discover how a piece built on the energy of the Amazon, the actual lungs of the planet, might help you transform what you’ve been carrying instead of just managing it?
Selva: The Lungs of the Planet, Set to Sound
Jorge Munay considers the Amazon a sacred space, one where the pollution generated by human beings gets recycled and transformed into something else entirely. Where medicine and transformation for humanity come from.
Selva was built to bring that exact process into sound, so listening to it is, in Jorge’s own words, like being in the Amazon Jungle with him.
Music Composed by: Jorge Munay of Peru, with recording by Salvador Alba, created in consultation with Gail Lynn, Harmonic Egg® Inventor.
What This Track Is Designed To Support
The intention behind Selva is transformation, transmutation, taking what no longer serves you and letting it become something new. Just as the Amazon recycles what’s toxic in the air we all breathe, this piece is built to help you do the same with what you’re holding onto internally.
This piece supports: personal transformation, transmutation, renewal, and letting go of what’s ready to change.
Why Transformation, Not Just Relaxation
Most healing music asks you to relax. Selva asks something bigger, it asks you to actually change.
Relaxation is temporary. You feel better for an afternoon, then the same old pattern is right there waiting for you the next morning. Transformation is different. It’s not about feeling good in the moment, it’s about becoming someone the old pattern doesn’t fit anymore.
That’s a heavier ask, and Selva doesn’t pretend otherwise. It’s built around one of the most powerful transformative forces on the planet for a reason.
Why WAV, Not MP3
This file is delivered in uncompressed .WAV format. Not MP3. MP3 compression strips away vital sonic information, degrading the precision of the original composition. A piece meant to carry the density and depth of the Amazon depends on that full richness staying intact, which is exactly what compression strips away first.
You may find Harmonic Egg® music elsewhere online in MP3 format, on Amazon or similar platforms. Those are not sold or supported by Harmonic Egg®, and they do not reflect the quality or integrity of the official recordings. If it is not delivered as an uncompressed file, it is not the real experience.

Where This One Belongs
Selva is best used with intention, at the start of a real change, not as background noise while you scroll your phone.
- The start of a new chapter, habit, or personal shift you’re actually committed to
- Journaling around what you’re ready to let go of
- Before or after a significant decision that requires you to become someone new
- Any moment old patterns feel too heavy to carry one more day
What Consistent Listening May Do
Selva doesn’t work like a quick reset. It works more like composting, slow, ongoing, turning what’s no longer useful into something that actually feeds what comes next.
- A felt sense that old patterns are loosening their grip, not just being suppressed
- Renewal that builds gradually, the way growth actually works
- Greater capacity to sit with change instead of resisting it
- A body that starts to feel lighter as what it’s been carrying gets processed
This isn’t a track for staying the same, comfortably. It’s a track for becoming who you’re actually ready to be.
