Close your eyes for a second and remember the last time you felt truly, bone-deep rested.
Not the kind of rested that comes from a nap on the couch with the TV still on, but the kind that comes from standing barefoot near water, listening to wind move through leaves, feeling like the world had gone quiet just for you.
If it’s been a while since you felt that, your body hasn’t forgotten it. It’s still in there, waiting to be called back.
What if seven minutes of sound could take you there again, right now, without a plane ticket, without a hiking trail, without leaving the room you’re sitting in?
Are you ready to discover how a single track, composed around the intention of hydration itself, can carry your body from crashing waves to a living forest and back, and why the water in you might respond to it the same way the water in the ground does?
When Nature Sings: Water, Earth, and the Space Between
Most of us spend our days surrounded by concrete, screens, and recycled air, so far from anything wild that the body forgets what it’s like to actually rest in nature instead of just looking at a photo of it. When Nature Sings was built to close that gap, not with a metaphor, but with an actual journey.
This isn’t ambient nature sound layered over music. It’s a composed voyage, from crashing waves to a living forest, built around an intention most healing music never even attempts: hydration, for you and for the ground beneath you.
Music Composed by: Joe Cruz, created in consultation with Gail Lynn, Harmonic Egg® Inventor.
What This Track Is Designed To Support
The intention behind this piece is to help hydrate the body, as well as hydrate the microbes living in the soil of the land where the music is played. It’s a dual intention that’s rare in sound healing, reaching past the listener and into the environment around them.
In Joe Cruz’s own words: “Go on a journey from land to sea, from the sound of crashing waves and seagulls through to lush forests where birds sing, crickets, wind whistles through the trees, and rain dances on leaves and flower petals. Blue and green hues are conjured by the call of the trumpet in solemn, exultant, and majestic tones that summon nature as the listener is taken on a voyage.”
Gail Lynn shared the story behind the piece herself: “It’s been a dream of mine to create a piece of music that has the intention of hydration. The inspiration of the hydration of the soil microbiome on the land came from Gina Bria, Founder of the Hydration Foundation. I am grateful for our friendship.”
This piece supports: hydration at a cellular level, soil and microbiome vitality, nervous system restoration, and a felt reconnection to the natural world.
Why This One Is Worth Adding to Your Library
Most tracks target a single stress response or a single emotion. When Nature Sings works differently. It’s built on the premise that water carries information, and that the right sound can shift how that water behaves, in your body and in the ground you stand on. Whether you experience that as literal or as a beautifully composed intention doesn’t change what the listening experience actually offers, a full sensory journey that most healing music never attempts.
If your library is full of stillness and silence-based tracks, this one adds something different: movement, story, and a sense of place. It’s the track to reach for when you need to feel like you’ve gone somewhere, not just settled down.
Why WAV, Not MP3
This file is delivered in uncompressed .WAV format. Not MP3. MP3 compression strips away vital sonic information, degrading the precision of the original composition. A piece built around layered natural textures, waves, wind, birdsong, trumpet, depends on those layers staying distinct and full. Compression collapses exactly that kind of depth first.
You may find Harmonic Egg® music elsewhere online in MP3 format, on Amazon or similar platforms. Those are not sold or supported by Harmonic Egg®, and they do not reflect the quality or integrity of the official recordings. If it is not delivered as an uncompressed file, it is not the real experience.

Getting the Most From This File
Once your purchase goes through, download links for your WAV file and printable Song Notes will be ready right away. Save the file to your device first, then Google Drive or iCloud, so this one’s on hand whenever you need to step outside your own four walls without actually going anywhere.
The Song Notes trace the instruments, chakra focus, and color frequencies Joe Cruz built into the journey, from the trumpet’s calls to the specific textures chosen for the forest passage, so you can listen with a sense of exactly what stage of the voyage you’re in.
Where This One Belongs
This piece rewards a bit of space and stillness more than most, given how much it’s asking you to travel internally while your body stays put.
- Outdoors, if you have access to a yard, garden, or quiet natural space
- A hydration ritual, morning water intake, or tea practice
- Time spent tending plants, a garden, or houseplants
- Any moment you need to feel far from concrete without leaving the house
What Consistent Listening May Do
When Nature Sings works on two fronts at once, the body listening to it, and the space it’s played in. Over time, both may respond.
- A felt sense of hydration and vitality, beyond just water intake
- Plants, gardens, and living spaces that seem to thrive under its influence
- A nervous system that settles the way it does after real time outdoors
- A renewed sense of connection to something beyond four walls and a screen
This isn’t a track to multitask through. Give it room to actually take you somewhere.
